Free Standard Shipping on Orders $100+

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Our herbs deserve to travel well — and so does your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and UPS/FedEx. Shipping method is selected based on your location and order size to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within 1–3 business days of the following Monday.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, product launches, sales), processing may take 2–3 additional business days.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Whole Harmony cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage in transit. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.

  • If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier hub before contacting us.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Whole Harmony is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to make corrections before fulfillment.

Returns & Exchanges

For information about returns and exchanges, please visit our Return Policy page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
