Our Story: Finding Harmony Within

Founded in 2010 by Stacey Wood, Whole Harmony blossomed from a deep desire to empower individuals to achieve holistic wellness through the healing power of plants. Stacey's personal experience with balancing well-being led her to explore alternative approaches beyond traditional Western medicine. Inspired by the ancient wisdom of herbal remedies and traditional healing practices like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Stacey embarked on a journey to become a certified herbalist. Whole Harmony reflects this dedication to making plant-based medicine accessible for a new standard of wellness.

Our Mission

Whole Harmony is dedicated to making plant-based medicine accessible and promoting a new standard of well-being that prioritizes natural solutions. We believe in the restorative potential of plants to support overall health and well-being. Our focus is not on replacing modern medicine, but on offering a complementary approach that empowers individuals to take charge of their health through education and knowledge about the benefits of medicinal plants.

Our Founder(s)

Stacey Wood, founder of Whole Harmony, brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to the world of plant-based wellness. Her journey began in the vibrant hospitality industry, where she honed her skills as a server and certified mixologist for over ten years. This experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for the power of combining flavors to create delightful and memorable experiences.

However, Stacey's personal quest for holistic well-being led her to explore alternative approaches beyond traditional Western medicine. Inspired by the ancient wisdom of herbal remedies and traditional healing practices like Traditional Chinese Medicine, Stacey embarked on a path of discovery, ultimately becoming a certified herbalist.

Whole Harmony reflects this evolution, a beautiful blend of Stacey's passion for creating harmonious flavor combinations and her commitment to harnessing the power of plants for natural wellness. She is deeply connected to her heritage as a member of the Bear Clan of the Mohawk Nation located in Akwesasne that straddles the United States and Canada along the banks of the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Stacey feels a strong sense of purpose in upholding the Bear Clan tradition of healers and medicine makers. Through Whole Harmony, Stacey shares her passion for plant-based wellness and empowers others to embrace the natural approach to holistic living.
