Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only — No Returns

Because we craft small-batch organic products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if something isn't the right fit, we're happy to exchange any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging.
  • The request must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • The item must not be marked as final sale or part of a promotional bundle.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered products. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us

    Email info@wholeharmony.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the item you'd like in return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back

    Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the exchange is confirmed.

  3. We Ship Your Exchange

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange and ship out your new item within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. In these cases, Whole Harmony will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send a replacement at no charge.

  • Please photograph the item and packaging before contacting us.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Email info@wholeharmony.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on final sale or as part of a promotional bundle
  • Gift cards
  • Items not purchased directly through wholeharmony.com
Items purchased through a retail partner (such as Sprouts or Whole Foods) must be handled through that retailer's own exchange or return policy.
