Steep 4 tablespoons of Heart + Soul Tea, using boiling water, covered for 2 hours. Strain and Refrigerate.
Puree 1 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Add 1/2 cup of sugar to 1/2 cup of boiling hot water, stir until crystals dissolve for your simple syrup. Chill
Combine Heart and Soul, Raspberries, Simple syrup. Add water if it is too sweet to your liking.
Shake well, pour over ice or refrigerate.
Turn Gojiberry Raspberry Iced Tea into a Mojito:
Add rum, Fresh mint, and Fresh lime
Shake well and serve over ice!
Turn Gojiberry Rasberry Ice Tea into Popsicles:
Pour into popsicle molds,
Add fresh raspberries or rose petals
Insert stick and freeze for at least 6 hours
